By subscribing to our services, you unconditionally accept these terms.

2. Definitions

Client: Any individual or legal entity that subscribes to our services.
Showcase Website: A website presenting a company, its services, or products, without online sales functionality.
E-commerce Website: A website allowing the online sale of products.
Subscription: Service contract subscribed by the client for a specified duration.
Lifetime Technical Support: Continuous assistance to resolve bugs and answer questions regarding the project.

3. Subscriptions and Rates

3.1. Subscription Operation

Your subscription allows you to access our services while benefiting from regular updates and continuous support. You can choose between monthly or annual payment for more flexibility and savings.

3.2. Plan Rates

We offer several plans adapted to different needs, with rates that vary according to the chosen features. Detailed rates are available on our website.

3.3. Monthly Rate

With the monthly rate, you benefit from complete access to your site, continuous updates, and priority technical support. Our team of developers also handles the management of your server and domain name for a worry-free project.

3.4. Minimum Commitment

Our subscriptions are not subject to a minimum commitment. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time, without additional fees.

3.5. Additional Fees

No hidden fees for updates and support. However, fees may apply for major modifications or additional services such as adding pages. It will depend on the chosen plan.

3.6. Cancellation and Pause

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time, without additional fees. You will continue to benefit from the services until the end of your billing period. To pause or cancel your subscription, simply notify your account manager, who will handle the entire process.

3.7. Site Deletion

If you cancel or pause your subscription, we keep your website safe on our servers for 1 year.

3.8. Site Recovery

You can recover your site at any time. If you have subscribed to a subscription for at least 12 months, the transfer and support are free. Otherwise, the cost is proportional to the remaining months to reach one year.

For example, after 9 months of subscription, you will be charged 3 additional months to reach the 12 months of subscription to benefit from the free transfer of your site.

4. Payments

Payments are made via a Stripe link that will be debited every month.

For e-commerce sites, payments are unique with a 50% payment at the beginning and a 50% payment at the launch.

We use advanced technologies to ensure the security of your payments. This includes protecting data exchanged between you and our site, defense against malware, and continuous monitoring to prevent any security issues.

5. Complementary Services

If your site has been developed by our teams, you can add pages according to your needs. We will work together to ensure that each page aligns perfectly with your current design.

5.2. Creation of a Blog Space

We set up a blog space that allows you to share your news and ideas. This service includes an integrative design and an optimized structure to attract your visitors.

5.3. Advanced SEO Service

Our advanced SEO service includes in-depth analyses and technical optimizations to improve your site's visibility. We also develop targeted content strategies to strengthen your online presence.

5.4. Request for Complementary Services

Simply ask your account manager, and they will guide you through the entire process.

5.5. Implementation Timeframe

Timeframes depend on the nature of the requested service. After validation, we will provide you with an accurate estimate to best plan your project.

5.6. Associated Fees

Additional fees may apply for each complementary service. This will depend on the offer you have chosen.

5.7. Combination of Services

You can combine several services according to your needs. We will advise you on the options best suited to your project.

5.8. Impact on Subscription

Adding complementary services may impact your subscription, but we will inform you of any billing changes or terms before any decision.

6. Maintenance and Technical Support

The maintenance of your showcase site includes regular updates, bug resolution, and performance optimization to ensure that your site functions correctly.

6.2. Maintenance Frequency

We perform regular checks and updates for your site. The frequency depends on your subscription plan, but we always remain available to intervene quickly if needed.

6.3. Technical Support

Technical support includes assistance for any questions or issues related to your site, whether technical concerns or content modifications.

6.4. Modifications After Launch

You can request adjustments or modifications after your site launch. Some modifications are included in your maintenance service, while others may incur additional fees, such as adding additional pages. It will depend on the chosen plan.

6.5. Additional Fees for Support

No, no additional fees are to be expected. By subscribing to one of our offers, you benefit from direct contact with a member of our team for any necessary assistance.

6.6. Response Time

All your requests will be processed within a maximum of 24 hours. As a subscriber, you benefit from a direct line of contact with a member of our team.

6.7. Reporting Problems

You can report any problem directly to your account manager.

6.8. Security Guarantees

We implement advanced security protocols to protect your site and your data, including the use of SSL certificates and regular monitoring against potential threats.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

7.1. Satisfaction or Refund Guarantee

Each client, whether for the showcase site or e-commerce service, benefits from a "Satisfaction or Refund" guarantee of 14 days from the date of the site's launch.

8. Site Ownership

Your site belongs to you 100%. You can recover the administrator of your website at any time. For this, if you have been a client with MINT TECHNOLOGY LLC for at least one year, our team will accompany you in the transfer process for free.

If you have been a client for less than one year, a prorated payment of the remaining subscription to reach 1 year of subscription will be charged.

9. Responsibilities and Obligations

MINT TECHNOLOGY LLC commits to providing services in accordance with these terms and to respecting the agreed-upon deadlines.

10. Force Majeure
