2. Services Description

MINT TECHNOLOGY LLC provides web design and development services using Webflow and other technologies. Our services include but are not limited to website design, development, maintenance, consultation, and related digital services.

3. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the completion of projects
Review and provide feedback on deliverables in a timely manner
Make payments according to agreed-upon schedules
Obtain necessary rights for any content provided to us for use in projects

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Client Content

Clients retain all ownership rights to content they provide to us, including text, images, logos, and other materials.

4.2 Our Work

Until final payment is received, MINT TECHNOLOGY LLC retains ownership of all designs, code, and other deliverables created during the project. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose.

4.3 Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to display and link to completed client projects as part of our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

5. Payments and Billing

Project fees will be outlined in proposals or agreements provided to clients
Payment schedules typically include an initial deposit and milestone payments
Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in individual agreements
We reserve the right to pause or terminate work on projects with outstanding payments

6. Project Timelines and Deliverables

Project timelines and deliverables will be specified in individual client agreements. While we strive to meet all deadlines, timelines may be adjusted due to changes in project scope, delayed client feedback, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability

MINT TECHNOLOGY LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with written notice according to the terms specified in individual client contracts. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of all work completed.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
